Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Window Glazier to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and re & re of sealed units in all different home types. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work with various tools and materials to ensure high-quality results. Prior experience in window glazing and or construction world is a bonus, but not a requirement as we are willing to train right candidate. The Window Glazier/ repair technician will play a vital role in enhancing building aesthetics and energy efficiency through expert window installation and restoration work.
Duties
- Inspect, measure and replace window components as neccessary.
- Install windows in various building types, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Repair or replace damaged or outdated windows, including caulking and sealing for energy efficiency.
- Operate relevant tools such as caulking guns, saws, drills, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards on-site.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
- Able to speak professionally to customers and be a good representative for our company.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in glazing and construction work.
- Knowledge of restoration processes related to window repair or replacement projects.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision fitting and finishing.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely. Pay will be based on experience level
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
