Role Summary: Left Coast Catering is known for its quality and creative culinary experience and this role is the direct support to our Chef. Part of a very small team, it is a hands-on production position that requires a broad skillset in all functions of the kitchen and the ability to lead culinary service independently as required.

Status: Full time
Schedule: In alignment with group bookings at the Brew Creek Centre as well as off-site events and private dinners. Additional hours are often required to support peak business. Flexible availability is required, must be able to work mornings, afternoons and evenings.
