IT Support Engineer - Level 2

We are looking for someone who is driven by continuous improvement and is willing to help shape our processes and join our expanding team.
This position will handle Support duties for our exciting array of clients.
Here's what you'll be doing every week.
Handling Escalated Tickets:
- Respond promptly to escalated technical issues from our help desk team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to servers, networks, and applications.
- Be a communication master - frequently update users in a friendly manner
- Collaborate with other team members to find efficient solutions.
- Train Help Desk technicians to handle more complex tickets
- Identify ticket trends and implement automation or other tools to mitigate issues
Provide support as an onsite and project resource:
- Under the direction of the Project Manager, complete project tickets in a timely and organized manner
- Resolve complex issues with networking, hardware, and much more
Complete 1-2 priorities per quarter:
- Be hungry to level up by completing personal growth goals (employer sponsored)
- Set priorities to improve internal/external workflows - the world is your oyster!
We are looking for someone who knows how to troubleshoot problems, learn rapidly, and communicate well. We are looking for someone who's excited by words like "PowerShell", "Microsoft 365", "Azure", "Automation", "Hyper-V" and "Virtual Networking".
