Job Summary
Majestic Cabinet is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in installing custom cabinets, refacing kitchen cabinetry, and handling on-site adjustments to ensure high-quality finishes. This role requires someone who is reliable, professional, and equipped with their own tools and a reliable vehicle for transportation to various job sites across the GTA. Applicants must operate as independent contractor with their own company and valid insurance.
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen cabinets, drawers, doors, and other related components with precision and efficiency.
- Perform cabinet refacing projects, including the removal and installation of new cabinet surfaces.
- Measure and mark installation areas according to specifications and designs.
- Ensure installations align with customer requirements and design plans.
- Address any on-site challenges or adjustments during installation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and maintain clear communication with project managers.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a kitchen cabinet installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry installation techniques and tools.
- Must own and maintain a reliable set of tools necessary for cabinet installation.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and measurements.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
