We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails
- Schedule consultations, meetings, and other appointments
- Maintain lawyers' calendars and assist with scheduling matters
- Open, organize, and maintain electronic and physical client files
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
- Coordinate outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Order office supplies as required
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the legal team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $18.85-$20.69 per hour
