Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial and public spaces. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Ensure trash is emptied and waste is disposed of properly
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to lift light to moderate loads and stand for extended periods during cleaning tasks
- Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility for scheduling needs
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
