You have expert level knowledge of beauty products, skincare, aesthetic treatments, training techniques and top customer service. In addition to working in the company store helping customers with their beauty supply needs, this role includes both the DEVELOPMENT of classes and TEACHING of classes to professional estheticians in 1-1, small workshops and large group presentations.
Responsibilities
- Work in company store serving walk-in professional aestheticians with their beauty supply needs
- Support Customer Service and Sales Teams to conduct Product and Treatment Knowledge training for Staff and Customers in person and online webinars.
- Deliver trainings, tools and solutions that are informative, engaging and maximizing the participants’ retention of product and treatment knowledge.
- Assist in the creation of treatment protocols.
- Attend Tradeshows and perform education classes and on-the-floor demonstrations
- Assist in training, education, sharing best practices, evaluating, onboarding new employees internally and sharing performance-enhancing feedback
- Assist with the set-up and take-down of the Tradeshow booths and education rooms
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as an Esthetician with current Esthetics/Cosmetology license or diploma
- Able to travel freely throughout, Canada.
- Comfort in public speaking/classroom; demonstrated experience required
- Facilitation/presentation experience required
- Adult Education experience preferred
- Sales experience an asset
- Leadership and/or Coaching experience an asset
- Fluent in English required.
- Customer service, problem solving skills, and the ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion and to handle confidential information
- Computer skills (especially MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint – advanced PowerPoint preferred)

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
