Responsibilities:
* Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleaning
* Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed
* Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home
* Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and effectively
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address cleaning needs or concerns
* Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
* working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
*** MUST HAVE VALID "G" DRIVERS LICENSE ***
* Physically able to perform cleaning duties
* Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
* Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
* Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing client needs
* Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
* Must live within Hamilton
* Valid police background check required
