IronEyes Monitoring is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our footprint in Western Canada and beyond.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales of our monitoring hardware, software, and service packages. You will act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, demonstrating how IronEyes solutions can solve their security, compliance, and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals
- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers (facilities managers, operations directors, business owners)
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our expanding product line
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in security, construction, or technical solutions is a strong asset)
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Personality: Self-motivated, resilient, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally when required. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) is an advantage

Salary Range: $70,000 base + commission (UNCAPPED)
Pay: $70,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
