We are hiring Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our Team.
Job responsibilities:
- Work with children ages 0-4 years.
- Work with children of all backgrounds and different abilities.
- Demonstrate well rounded knowledge of child development.
- Document, report and strategize for any observed learning or behavioral problems
- Maintain a safe nurturing environment.
- Maintain and assist children in development of proper personal care; eating habits, toileting.
- Maintain and foster relationships with children and parents.
- Create age-appropriate and scaffolding learning opportunities following the "How does learning happen" document.
- Maintain documentation and programming which is inviting and reflective: telling or reading stories, teaching songs, taking children to local points of interest and providing opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity.
- Build strong team oriented relationships with colleagues and other community partners.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.86 per hour
