What You’ll Be Doing
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet Swans Hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every room is welcoming, spotless, and guest-ready.
- Assist with laundry—folding and stocking linens and towels.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to coordinate room readiness, report maintenance issues, and manage lost & found items.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions or assisting when needed – housekeeping isn’t just cleaning; it’s part of the guest experience.
- Promptly report any safety or maintenance concerns to management.
- Support your housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- A friendly, guest-focused attitude—you’re part of the customer service team too.
- Reliability and motivation—you take initiative and show up ready to work.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and guests.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
