The Harrison Park Inn Restaurant is currently looking for a salad maker/prep worker. Candidates must be able to make salads as they are ordered throughout their shift as they work on prep jobs for the restaurant. Candidates must be able follow recipes for salads as well as various homemade menu items. Duties also include using various kitchen equipment (including a meat slicer, food processor, vacuum sealer), prepping and portioning food items, knife work, and daily/nightly kitchen cleaning. Must have evening and weekend availability.
Candidates must:
- Enjoy working in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to multitask
- Be able to communicate with other back of house staff, as well as front of house staff
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
