Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed construction estimating to develop accurate project budgets and resource allocations.
- Oversee construction inspection processes to verify compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections regularly to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Supervise site safety protocols and conduct safety audits to maintain a secure working environment.
- Review technical drawings and specifications; provide technical guidance on electrical systems and other specialized areas as needed.
- Monitor progress through site visits and reporting; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality control standards through rigorous inspection procedures.
