IBU is Calgary’s hottest new Asian fusion restaurant, and we’re growing our kitchen team. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Line Cook who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong ability to work independently
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in an Asian restaurant preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
