We're looking for an exceptional Creative Copywriter who shares our philosophy and dedication to detail.
The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves writing, even in their free time.
This isn't a high-volume content mill or a generic social media position, so every word is written from scratch and tailored to each client's unique tone of voice, audience and business goals.
One day you might be writing about the restoration of a historic Toronto home. The next, you're creating educational content for a Muskoka custom home builder or refining a "cool girl" brand voice for a New York interior designer.
This is a freelance position for Canadian residents only, with an expected workload of approximately 30–40 hours per week. We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship and becoming a trusted extension of our small team.
Responsibilities
+ Write original social media captions tailored to 15+ clients' unique tones of voice
+ Develop educational, engaging and brand-aligned copy for Instagram and Pinterest graphics and videos
+ Research project details, industry topics and trends to ensure technical accuracy and depth
+ Edit, revise and proofread copy to our exceptionally high standard
+ Collaborate with our graphic design team to develop compelling content concepts and messaging
+ Write and refine copy for social media graphics
+ Maintain consistent brand voices across multiple luxury clients
+ Assist with light administrative and organizational tasks as needed
+ Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in any field of studies
+ Minimum three years of professional writing, copywriting or content creation experience
+ Exceptional English grammar, spelling and punctuation
+ Strong proofreading and editing skills
+ Experience writing for social media or digital marketing
+ Basic Canva skills
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
Additional "nice to have" Qualifications
Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
+ Interior design, architecture or luxury brands
+ Brand strategy
+ Social media strategy
+ SEO and keyword research
+ Adobe Creative Suite
+ Editorial or long-form writing
