EA for Podcast & Content Ops – Calgary
1–2 days/week, hourly, flexible schedule
Work Summary
We’re building a high-output personal brand and podcast (“Real with Ritesh”) and need a reliable, experienced part-time assistant to run podcast shoot logistics, act as an EA-style support, and help on set when needed.
This is a Calgary-based, on-site role for someone who can come 1–2 days per week and work ~8–15 hours/week, paid hourly.
You’ll be the ops backbone for podcast shoots and content workflow so the founder can focus on content and strategy.
Job Type & Schedule

- On-site days: 1–2 days per week in Calgary, AB
- Flexibility: Flexible hours within agreed days/times
Compensation
- Hourly rate: C$15–C$18/hour (based on experience)
- Pay is based on actual hours worked.
Location
- Calgary, Alberta (on-site)
- Must be located in or near Calgary and able to come on-site 1–2 days/week.
What You’ll Do
- Manage podcast shoot logistics: guests, locations, times, call sheets, reminders
- Confirm and coordinate guest details, travel, and prep materials
- Act as EA-style support: calendar, inbox, scheduling, and follow-ups
- On shoot days: be on-set, help with setup, props, and flow
- Capture short phone videos/BTS clips when needed
- Organize files, timestamps, clips, and follow-up tasks
- Keep the content pipeline moving and ensure nothing drops
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in EA, production support, content ops, or creator support
- Strong organizer who thinks ahead and doesn’t wait to be told
- Calm under pressure, especially on shoot days
- Comfortable using: Google Workspace, calendars, email, phone video capture
- Clear communicator who responds quickly and reliably
- Lives in Calgary and can come on-site 1–2 days/week
- Has prior experience with podcasts, content, or media environments (preferred but not required if strong EA/ops background)
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You need constant hand-holding
- You prefer 5-day, full-time office roles
- You’re not comfortable being on set or capturing phone video
