As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Services Proposal Coordinator to join our Promotion team in Montreal.
The Services Proposal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and preparing the company's service proposals to secure new mandates. They ensure that deadlines, client requirements, and internal quality standards are met while collaborating with various internal and external teams.
In addition, this person contributes to the firm's external visibility by producing content for various social media platforms and keeping the website up to date. This role also includes coordinating with photographers and carrying out other related tasks linked to the firm's promotion.

Manage the complete process of preparing and submitting service proposals.

Plan proposal timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate the collection and preparation of required content: understanding of the mandate, methodology, CVs, project sheets, forms, and other administrative documents.

Gather necessary information from various departments as well as internal and external partners.

Participate in writing, reviewing, and improving service proposals.

Perform graphic design and layout of proposals.
-
Ensure compliance, consistency, and quality of documents prior to submission.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of submission processes and tools.

Participate in updating the website.

Plan and coordinate publications on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Collaborate on the design and production of promotional and business development materials (presentations, brochures, marketing tools, etc.).

Coordinate project photo shoots and liaise with photographers and other external suppliers.

Carry out various tasks related to communications, marketing, and the firm's visibility.

Relevant experience in a similar role.

Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong adaptability and comfort in an evolving environment.

Interest in and comfort with social media (an asset).

Interest in or knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
