Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiberglass Repair Specialist to join our repair service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing composite knowledge, and experience working with various hand and power tools. This role involves repairing, customizing and restoring fiberglass components on boats, cars, RV's and other items, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with body work background, to apply their skills in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Perform different repairs on different composites; fiberglass, gelcoats, carbon fiber & kevlar (training will be available).
- Use hand tools and power tools to sand, cut, shape, and mold fiberglass materials
- Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair techniques to restore composite integrity and appearance
- Prepare surfaces for repair by cleaning, sanding, applying bonding agents.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Complete repairs within specified timeframes
- Mechanical and electrical experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools such as sanders, grinders, spray guns, and more
- Experience operating power tools used in fiberglass work (e.g., drills, saws)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Strong understanding of bodywork and fiberglass repair techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
