We are currently seeking certified OFA Level 3 professionals to join our dedicated team for a local 4 month project in Dawson Creek BC. This is not a FIFO position. Hotels are provided.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide immediate and effective medical treatment in accordance with BC OHS Regulation Part3-Occupational First Aid Requirements and Schedule 3-A (First Aid Services).
-Assess, treat, and document all injuries or illnesses using appropriate medical protocols and procedures.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary first aid area at all times.
-Identify safety risks and work collaboratively with site personnel to promote a strong safety culture.
-Complete all documentation, reports, and logs accurately in compliance with WorkSafeBC standards.
-Participate in safety meetings, emergency drills, and site inspections as required.
-Provide professional, courteous, and proactive support to both the client and team members.
-Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all first aid and reporting practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Valid Occupational First Aid Level 3 (OFA 3) certification (as per WorkSafeBC Regulation Part 3, Division 10)
-Valid Class 5 Driver's License with reliable transportation.
-Ability to work in all-weather construction environments
-Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
-Flexibility to work 8-10 hour shifts, on a rotational basis (one week on / one week off)
Compensation & Benefits
-Competitive wages: Starting from CA$30.00/hour, with pay based on experience.
