The Role
We are seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our Meter/Maintenance team. This full-time position primarily runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, but shifts may vary, starting as early as 5:00 am. A rotating weekend schedule and overtime may be required.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that our parking lots, equipment, and signage are maintained to the highest standard. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to keep our facilities clean, safe, and functional.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Start the day by coordinating daily maintenance tasks and reviewing priorities with your team.
- Conduct routine meter maintenance and cash pickups.
- Perform general parking lot upkeep: weeding, landscaping, painting, pressure washing, garbage removal, and cleanup.
- Install or repair parking signs and equipment using hand and power tools.
- Operate company vehicles safely for site visits.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests, including snow removal and salting during winter months.
- End the day ensuring all tools are stored properly and all work areas are safe and presentable.

- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s record.
This Role May Not Be a Fit If You
- Prefer strictly desk-based roles.
- Are unable to work weekends or flexible hours.
- Cannot perform physically demanding tasks.
- Are uncomfortable operating hand or power tools.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and email.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Safe operation of hand and power tools.
- Motivated and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Successful Candidate Requirements
- Willingness to work weekends as required.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Provide a clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check (required if selected).
