Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

Teahen Construction Limited is a well-established family construction company with multiple divisions. We are looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day office and accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with invoicing and tracking payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
- Answer phones and assist with general office duties
- Organize digital and physical files
- Assist with month-end preparation
- Support management and external accountants as needed
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting assistant experience
- Experience with Sage 50 or QuickBooks Online or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
- Good computer skills (Excel, email, file management)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
Position Details:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- Office-based in Stratford, ON
