Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic full time Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and building lasting relationships in the construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales, promoting products, along with ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business by identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of building materials and related products.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities while adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on our products and services, tailored advice and recommendations to meet our customers needs.
- Provide quotations as well as source products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Requires driving and visiting job sites.
Qualifications:
- Experience in outside sales is an asset.
- Experience in the building supply or construction industry is an asset.
- Experience or knowledge of masonry products is an asset.
- Bilingual in both English and French is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and drive results.
- Ability to work independently.
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft and Google programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
