Leasing Agent / Sales Representative
Locations: GTA • Ottawa • Hamilton
We’re looking for motivated, confident, and dynamic Leasing Agents / Sales Representatives to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for showing properties, qualifying tenants, and helping renters find the right home — all while earning full commission with multiple bonus opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct property viewings and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Qualify and match tenants to the right properties efficiently.
- Prepare and submit rental applications on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Promote listings and company offerings across social media platforms.
- Maintain professionalism and strong follow-ups with clients to close deals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills — both in-person and online.
- Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Must have access to a vehicle to attend viewings and meet with tenants.
- Comfortable being on social media to promote properties and connect with leads.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple listings, and pivot quickly to close deals.
