The Opportunity: Full Time Business Support Specialist
Location: Calgary, Alberta
The Business Support Specialist will provide support to all team members in the office. The BSS fulfills this objective by providing remarkable customer service and timely, critical support, to all members of the team and clients.

Key Functions:
- Provide sales support to Home Services, Outbound business and Corporate clients
- Provide process & systems support: activations, billing, troubleshooting
- Provide remarkable customer service
- Provide timely service & support to all clients
- Manage Inventory programs – Counts, Returns, Repairs, DOA, Transfers, etc.
- E-Portal Account Management
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Provide general support as required including but not limited to: gathering & compiling information, coordinating internal and external resources, processing orders, etc.
- Complete other duties/tasks as assigned
