Reporting to thehead of Marketing and Communications, Under the supervision and in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support to service workshops for the implementation of the annual campaign, including the production of informational and promotional materials (digital and print) such as layout, visuals, and document distribution.
- Create, integrate, and coordinate content across various platforms, including blogs, websites (WordPress), and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate and manage the updating, ordering, and inventory of marketing materials (apparel, promotional items) and stationery.
- Regularly review and translate texts of varying types and lengths (e.g., communication plans, social media posts, website content, brochures).
- Collaborate closely with marketing agencies on annual campaigns and complementary projects (e.g., newsletters, contests, video production).
- Work closely with the internal creative team on all projects (newsletters, contests, videos, etc.).
- Manage relationships with external and internal clients, as well as vendors.
- Participate in the planning and organization of meetings and events for our network of service workshops.
- Actively support the team at events and trade shows, including preparing client presentations as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Bilingual: strong written and spoken French and English (daily communication with colleagues across English-speaking Canada).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Essential.
