We are a community practice. Each year we care for upwards of 4,500 patients and administer approximately 35,000 treatments through our broad range of Physiotherapy and complementary practices. Do you have a passion for working in Customer Service? Are you looking to be a part of a team that is always having fun, as well as learn new skills to help you grow?
Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centre - Millstream, located in Westshore, is seeking friendly, empathetic, and energetic people to join our front desk team in a part-time position. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool! We are looking for people to join our fun-loving team part-time.
Hours may vary between Monday - Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., so flexibility is required in this area. At this point in time, we can offer approximately 15-32 hours per week with the possibility of increasing to full-time.
Reception duties and responsibilities include:
- greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
- answering phones and booking clients on Jane software, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
- general clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.
Candidates must be quick learners, and have excellent customer service skills.
Salary: $19.40 /hour
