Your Role
You’ll be the face of the company—providing exceptional service, handling rental agreements, managing store operations, and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store independently
- Create, modify, and close rental agreements
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Upsell protection coverages and rental add-ons
- Handle administrative tasks (filing, reports, data entry)
- Answer phone calls and follow up with customers
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Clean rental vehicles inside and out, as per company standards
- Move vehicles between lots or locations

Requirements
- Valid NB Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Saint John, NB
