The Charlotte Bakery (connected to The Dorchester Hotel) is seeking full-time Bakery Assistants to support daily bread and pastry production in our fast-paced bakery environment.
No prior professional baking experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a passion for baking, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Position Details
- Full-Time (some part-time positions available)
- Wage: $19–$23/hour

- Overnight and early morning shifts required
- Weekend availability required as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist with bread and pastry preparation
- Prepare ingredients and baking stations
- Support daily production and organization
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team
