Duties

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key business segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns that promote hotel amenities and services across digital platforms and industry events.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new revenue streams for business development.
- Oversee account management processes to ensure consistent service quality, client retention, and growth opportunities.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales within the hospitality industry or related B2B environments.
