Job Summary:
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will help drive Scotia HVAC’s growth by scheduling high-quality appointments with homeowners who need HVAC services. You will be the key player in connecting our team with potential customers, setting appointments, and setting the stage for successful sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to making homes more comfortable and energy-efficient across Nova Scotia.
Sales/Heating Specialist - Once you reach 100 verified appointments as a canvasser you have an opportunity to move into a Sales roll. You will be assigned a territory and be required to generate business at the door. This will be discussed during interview prior to graduating into that roll.
Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door: Schedule appointments through direct engagement and outreach in local communities.
- High Achiever: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation goals (15+ leads per week).
- Team Player: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative efforts to stay updated on HVAC technology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Confident Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage homeowners and spark interest.
- Driven and Self-Motivated: A go-getter with a results-driven attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Sales Experience: Background in direct sales, outbound sales, or related fields (HVAC experience is a plus, but not required).
- Work Availability: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
