What You’ll Do
- Organize & Schedule Projects: Build and maintain detailed project schedules with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate Teams: Work closely with design, construction, lighting, and landscaping crews to ensure projects move efficiently from one phase to the next.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep organized records of schedules, changes, and project updates. Prepare weekly progress reports for leadership and clients.
- Problem Solving & Support: Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and help improve workflow systems for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in landscaping, construction, or operations support (landscaping or design-build experience is an asset).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional multitasking and scheduling skills with an eye for accuracy.
- Strong Communicator: Comfortable handling client calls, internal updates, and leadership reporting.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools.
- Collaborative Mindset: Works well across departments and keeps everyone aligned.
