About the Role
Team Temperature is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We’re seeking a motivated and reliable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
This is a hands-on field position involving installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems across the GTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC installations, service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems
- Install boilers, including piping, venting, and system integration
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems efficiently
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Represent Team Temperature with professionalism and integrity on every job
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of HVAC installation and service experience
- Experience with boiler installations and hydronic systems
- G2 or G1 Gas License preferred
- 313D or 313A License is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
