We are looking for a dependable and organized Heavy Truck Parts Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily service operations through inventory management, parts sourcing and purchasing, vendor coordination, and assisting technicians and customers with parts and service needs.
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience and working knowledge within commercial truck, fleet service, or related industrial environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Source, order, receive, inspect, and stock parts and inventory while maintaining accurate inventory levels and organized storage areas
- Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory availability, manage purchasing, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Assist technicians and customers by identifying required parts, providing pricing and availability information, and helping ensure jobs move efficiently
- Maintain showroom stock as required
- Perform inventory tracking, cycle counts, and general inventory control using computer systems and inventory software
- Support overall shop and service operations by keeping parts areas clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in parts, inventory, service, or related operational roles is required
- Previous experience with commercial truck, fleet service, or related industrial environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage changing priorities throughout the day
- Comfortable using computers and learning inventory, purchasing, or parts management systems
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment and assist with lifting and moving parts as required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, source, and research parts solutions for customer and service needs
- Valid G Class driver’s licence and reliable transportation to and from work are required

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
