We are seeking a motivated Automotive Apprentice to join our shop team. Responsibilities
- Assist with routine vehicle maintenance and repairs under supervision
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform tasks
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics and repairs
- Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for parts and equipment handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow dealership procedures and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience or automotive repair background is required.
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity of automotive systems
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous mechanic experience or training is a must.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
Pay: $17.20-$33.71 per hour
