We are currently hiring a
Prep Cook to support our culinary team at our
Ellerslie location. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and values cleanliness and consistency in food preparation.

Prepare ingredients for daily service (vegetables, sauces, marinades, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and coolers

Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately

Support cooks team as needed during service

Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Previous experience in a kitchen or prep role preferred

Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions

Good knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques

Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Availability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid Food Handling Certificate
