Dentist (DDS/DMD) — Associate (Full-Time) | Ottawa
Constitution Dental is seeking a comprehensive, experienced Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD). This role is ideal for a self-motivated, independent clinician who is confident working autonomously and delivering a full scope of dental care.
Position Full-time | In-person | Minimum 2 Saturdays per month required

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment
- Deliver a full scope of care including restorative, endodontics, extractions (including wisdom teeth), implants, crowns, and dentures
- Develop and execute treatment plans independently
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and team members
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and excellent chairside manner
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience delivering comprehensive dental care across multiple treatment modalities
