About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who is enthusiastic about jewellery and dedicated to creating memorable customer experiences. You will be part of our sales team at Hillcrest Mall, representing our brand and helping clients find pieces that celebrate life’s most special moments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery that fits their style and occasion
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and team success
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience (jewellery experience is an asset, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for jewellery, fashion, and helping customers look and feel their best
