RUDY is now hiring a Morning Meat Prep Team Member for our Aurora location.

Who You Are:

What You Will Do:
- Prepare and portion fresh ground beef according to RUDY standards
- Weigh, portion, and tray patties consistently
- Follow strict food safety and temperature control procedures
- Label, date, and rotate product properly (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station
- Assist with light kitchen prep as needed
- Ensure the line is fully stocked and ready before service
Job Requirements:
- Safe Food Handling Certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Previous meat prep or kitchen prep experience is an asset
- Comfortable handling raw meat
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-shirt, and black baseball hat
