We are hiring Program Manager for our Manufacturing Industry client in the Greater Toronto Area.
What you need to have:
- Post-Secondary Education in relevant engineering or equivalent (Manufacturing, Tooling)
- 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / 3 yrs. Program management experience; P.Eng or P.M.P
- Adaptability to work with both plant and office personnel
- Ability to work as a team player by contributing expertise and following leadership, as well as being a team leader by directing and mentoring co-workers from other corporate disciplines and plant personnel
- Utilize their intimate knowledge of APQP, TS/QS Standards and customer systems to root cause plant systemic issues identified during audits.
- Master Schedule (Gantt Chart/MPP) generation & updating per Customer/Internal Program Milestones.
- Help facilitate expeditious resolution of customer related issues using APQP process tools.
- Identify programs that require high focus level and assist as required
