Kelowna Hyundai is currently seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Receptionist to join our growing team in the Okanagan.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, a team-first attitude, and proficient technical skills. You’ll manage front desk reception, support daily administrative tasks, and create a welcoming experience for every customer while staying organized and efficient.
Experience in reception, administration, or social media content creation is considered a big asset. Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering telephone calls
- Screening and directing calls
- Taking and relaying messages
- Providing information to callers
- Greeting guests entering the organization
- Directing guests to the correct destination
- Dealing with queries from the public and customers
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Controlling inventory relevant to the reception area
- Tidying and maintaining the reception area
The Receptionist will also work closely with the Marketing Department in the following areas:
- Updating and removing contacts from marketing communications
- Filming, editing, and posting social media content, including:
- Employee of the Month features
- Delivery photos and videos
- Last-minute dealership content and stories
- Assisting with event preparation and event media coverage
- Monitoring and assisting with Google Reviews
- Assisting with staff onboarding and off-boarding updates on the dealership website
Qualifications
- Previous multi-phone line experience considered an asset
- Good working computer knowledge
- Social media experience considered an asset
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
