Requirements:
- Self-starter and motivation
- Strong customer skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Management experience in auto industry
Responsibilities include:
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team
- Assist the sales team in the new/used sales process
- Manage the sales process effectively
- Inventory control
- Trade-in vehicle appraisals
- Monitor customer satisfaction and look for opportunities to improve
- Increase sales and profitability
