The Membership Records Processor Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the membership data processing team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of member records. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to staff while driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality.
Job Description
· Coordinate and prioritize team workflow to meet deadlines
· Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members
· Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Process complex record updates, including corrections and historical adjustments
· Maintain membership databases and support system enhancements with IT
· Identify and resolve data discrepancies
· Ensure adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements
· Support internal and external audits through documentation and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
· Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience an asset
· 3–5 years of experience in data processing, records management, or similar role
· Experience in a unionized environment and with systems such as UnionWare is an asset
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
