The successful candidate will possess a Master’s of Social Work degree combined with a preferred 3 years of post-graduate work experience and be registered and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. You must be eligible for an adjunct faculty appointment with faculties of Social Work that have affiliation agreements with CAMH. Knowledge of relevant community resources and working with families/significant others is required. Inpatient experience in a mental health setting is an asset. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment are essential. You possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as a team member in a dynamic, fast paced, interprofessional inpatient environment is essential. You possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in assessment, rehabilitation and concurrent disorders. In addition, you possess fundamental knowledge and application of the current Best Practices for clients living with severe and persistent mental illness. Experience working with clients, staff and organizations of diverse ethno racial backgrounds is required. Computer skills, including word processing, electronic communication, and workload measures are essential. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
Salary Range: $40.25 – $54.24 per hour
