We're looking for an energetic, passionate individual to help support young children in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. If you’re excited about nature-based learning and early childhood education, this is the place for you!
What You'll Do:
Create strong relationships with families, children, coworker, and community
Develop and implement Reggio Emilia-inspired experiences and environment.
Spend large blocks of time outside (must love nature!)
Create fun, engaging activities for children ages 3-5. (Process art, STEM, etc).
Ensure a safe, supportive environment for all children.
Observe and document and, create programming.
Lead and collaborate with a team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Childcare Certification (students encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.
- Calm under pressure with a great sense of humour.
- Creative and passionate about early education. Can follow the child’s lead.
- Someone who wants to share their talents and is excited to be a part of the learning journey.
- July summer program and Sept start
