The role: Meet with residential/commercial customers in their homes, assess the space, and present service, equipment, and financing options. Sketch simple layouts for accurate sizing/estimates, apply local codes, and coordinate the job with suppliers.
Pay: $22/hr base + 3.5% commission on sales.
You need: Valid driver's license, ideally plumbing or HVAC knowledge, and willingness to keep training. Schedule is dictated by customer demand — expect some evening and weekend work.
