Warehouse Associate (Tech-Enabled Operations)
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution operation. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using technology on the warehouse floor, including scanning guns and inventory management systems, and who has hands-on experience operating forklifts and reach trucks. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Use RF scanning guns and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track inventory, picks, and movements.
- Perform order picking, packing, and staging to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying quantities and documentation.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.
Requirements & Experience
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a distribution or logistics environment preferred.
- Experience using scanning guns and inventory/WMS systems is required.
- Valid forklift and reach truck experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset.

- Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Order fulfillment and packaging experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
