Osteo Genie is an ever growing multidisciplinary Wellness space located in downtown Whitby. We offer osteopathy, massage therapy and acupuncture alongside several other alternative therapies including energy work in varying forms . We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reflexologist to join our wellness team. As a Reflexologist, you will be responsible for providing professional and therapeutic therapy to clients. If you are passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic touch, we would love to have you on board.
Duties
- Perform professional reflexology treatments on clients, focusing on specific points to stimulate healing and relaxation
- Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and tailor treatments accordingly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and provide guidance on self-care practices
- Keep accurate records of treatments administered and client progress
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Stay updated with the latest techniques and industry standards through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Proven experience or certification in reflexology or related holistic therapies
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills to explain treatment procedures and benefits clearly
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude during client interactions
- Prior experience working in a wellness or healthcare setting is a plus
- Must be licensed or certified according to state requirements in <LOCATION> (if applicable)
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about holistic health and dedicated to providing exceptional care that enhances clients’ well-being.
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
