Wage: Posted starting rate of $41.38 is Journeyperson rate – rates will vary based on experience

A Union Signatory Industrial Painting Contractor is seeking experienced Industrial Painters for projects throughout Saskatchewan. Opportunities may include local work, out-of-town assignments, turnaround work, and LOA (Living Out Allowance) positions depending on project requirements.
We are particularly interested in candidates with significant industrial painting experience who are capable of taking on leadership responsibilities or progressing into supervisory and foreperson roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial coating and painting work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects
- Surface preparation including abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning, and coating removal
- Apply industrial coatings in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements
- Lead crews and coordinate work activities when required
- Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on site
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced painters
- Complete project documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
What We're Looking For:
- Several years of industrial painting experience is required
- Previous foreperson, lead hand, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with industrial coatings, blasting operations, and protective coating systems
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to pass Alcohol & Drug testing requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
- Relevant safety certifications are considered an asset
