We are seeking a talented and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team. This role involves providing professional nail care services in a welcoming environment, ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to return. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future visits
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Promote retail sales of nail care products to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Certification or licensing as required by state or local regulations
- Skills in nail care techniques including gel, acrylics, and nail art
- Ability to perform body waxing services with professionalism and hygiene standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to upsell retail products naturally
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
