The Opportunity
As a Senior Parts Advisor, you'll be a trusted expert for our customers. You'll help repair shops, fleets, dealerships, and automotive professionals quickly source the right parts while providing technical guidance and outstanding customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and wants the opportunity to increase their earnings through commission.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to automotive repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and retail customers.
- Accurately identify and source automotive parts and accessories.
- Recommend premium alternatives and value-added solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotes and process orders quickly and accurately using our inventory systems.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure industry-leading turnaround times.
- Develop lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Stay current on new product lines, technologies, and aftermarket trends.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Help contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of automotive aftermarket parts experience.
- Strong knowledge of domestic, import, and light truck applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment where customer service comes first.
- Strong computer skills and experience using electronic cataloguing and inventory systems.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
- A desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
